Prior to attending you will have been spoken to or asked about :

Asked for proof of vaccinations

Asked if your dog is nervous, aggressive or reactive in any way

discussed equipment you will need to bring with you

Told you are only to bring one dog with you !

asked about any goals you are working towards

future training ( gun dog, scent dog, agility )

Given a location of your class ( unless its a home visit )
what do I need ?
You will need to bring with you.

your dog
-
Your dog needs to be wearing a collar with tags ( this is a legal requirement for dogs since 1992 )
-
plenty of water for both you and your four legged friend. ( we will have a spare bowl of water for those that forget )
-
plenty of poo bags ( picking up after your dog is a legal requirement )
-
treats for your dog, both high value smelly treats ( especially for recalling your dog ), and low value dry kibble
-
short walking leash and long training line - please get in touch if your unsure on these items
Structured Learning
Each session will be taught from thought out, tried and tested lesson plans.
The session will break down into sections, and will be taught like this.

Remember your dogs training does not stop when class is over, you will need to put into practice what you learn during class at home.
Punctuality
Time is very valuable, people today have very busy lives.
Therefore we expect everyone including our trainers, to be at the session location prior to the class start time, in order to start and finish on time.

late arrivals can be very disruptive for the other people and dogs at the class, and may be asked not to paticipate.

Our trainers are always happy to answer any questions you may have. ( no question is ever to silly )
