Please carefully read through the terms and conditions before placing a booking.
By placing a booking, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional requirements put in place by the Trainer.
Please be aware that Trainers have the right to refuse service to anyone not abiding by these terms and conditions.

Payment
All services must be paid for at the time of booking.
unless otherwise agreed by the owner. In this instance a non refundable deposit will be taken, and the balance paid for at the start of class.
All payments will be taken by debit / credit card via the SumUp payment platform.
By making a payment you agree to SumUps payment processing terms.

Your dog remains your responsibility
During all sessions your dog remains your responsibility.
Our services are provided in the context of assisting you to train your dog. At no time do we assume full control of your dog.
This means you must be in control of your dog at all times. Trainers will do their best to assist owners in managing their dogs behaviour, however Owners that are persistently unable to control their dog, such that the session is disrupted or the trainer feels the dog presents a danger, will be asked to leave the session.
If your dog needs toileting, please be sure to pick up afterwards ( it is a legal requirement ). Our trainers will not do this for you so please ensure you have poo bags. ( please ask if you have forgotten these items )

Aggressive or Reactive dogs
When attending any group class, any dog that shows a form of aggression or reactivity to other dogs, their handlers or the trainer, will need to be muzzled for everyone's safety.
We can work with Reactive dogs in a group setting however they may need to assessed on 1 to 1 basis first.
If a dog is persistently aggressive, or if the handler refuses to muzzle the dog when requested, they may be asked to be leave by the Trainer

Weather
We will run classes in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the Trainer - In which case we will contact you to rearrange class.
Please ensure you have appropriate clothing on to attend class
( we live in England, not the Bahamas ! ). This means being prepared for all conditions.
Please be aware that If you leave a class early as a result of not being appropriately dressed, we cannot issue a refund.

XL Bullies and other dangerous dog breeds
Due to recent law changes around XL Bullies, unfortunately we are not able to offer open classes to these breeds, home visits offered at the discretion of the trainer.
This also applies to other dangerous dog breeds as determined by the Trainer.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy requires us to have a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to a class start time in order to either rearrange your session or a have refund to be processed minus an admin fee of £5. Within 72 hours we cannot provide a refund bit in certain circumstances can offer to reschedule your session.

Limit of Liability
We maintain public liability insurance of £5Million pounds.
We will provide equipment and instruction appropriate to the age and capabilities of the participants; however we cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss or damage arising from our services unless we are proven negligent. You therefore agree to indemnify us from and against any and all liability incurred as a result of participation in the activities.

Trainer's Sole Discretion
The Interpretation of the above clauses in relation to you and your dog are carried out at the trainer's sole discretion.
